Miratorg Tannery, the construction of which started in 2017, is undoubtedly the most modern tannery in Russia. The plant is equipped by the most up-to-date foreign leather equipment manufacturers, like HUNI, CM, CARTIGLIANO, ALPE. High tech production, unique design and engineering make it possible to produce more than 150,000 m2 of semi-finished crust and split leather material.

The main advantage of the plant is its unique vertical integration within one holding company – the production goes from its own fresh raw materials that come from the slaughterhouse to the tannery within two hours from the moment of slaughter. The plant can also process wet-salted raw hides.
The main type of material produced by the Tannery is leather crust for footwear design industry, haberdashery products of various thicknesses, colors and physics, semi-finished split WB and crust split.
Thanks to one breed, one specially developed diet of feeding and maintenance throughout the life of animals, crust has its own unique and unrepeatable organoleptics and grain. The crust comes out of medium softness or soft (according to the article), elastic, the defects on the surface are shallow and small, which allows for the production of high grade or polished finishing skins, while preserving the natural grain pattern.
